 Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING COSTS:

• All orders placed on our website have a fixed shipping cost of 4.90 euros / CAD. For purchases over 50 euros / CAD, shipping is free.

• Shipping costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the checkout page. All our orders come with a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Colis Privé.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes: Since our products are shipped directly from our international partner warehouses, customs fees, import taxes (such as VAT in Europe or sales taxes in Canada), or brokerage fees may apply upon the package's arrival in your destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs agency and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. soiflex does not collect these taxes in advance and is not responsible for these additional fees, nor for any delivery delays caused by customs procedures.

PROCESSING TIMES:

• Our order processing times take 1 to 2 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES:

• Countries served: We currently ship to France (5 to 7 business days) and to Belgium, Luxembourg, and Canada (7 to 10 business days). Shipping costs are €4.90 or $4.90 CAD for these destinations.

MISSING ITEMS:

• In the event that your order or part of your order has not been delivered, please allow an additional 24-48 hours beyond the estimated delivery time. After this period, please send us an email at: contact@soiflex.com. Our team is committed to replying to you within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges: At soiflex, we do our best to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you encounter no surprises when receiving our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy: We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@soiflex.com as soon as possible. Since a vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this timeframe so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. No order cancellation requests can be accommodated if the order has already been processed.

Address Error: It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and contact us promptly to specify any changes. Modifications can only be made if your order has not yet been processed. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In these cases, packages may be returned to us, but not systematically. If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund for your order minus the shipping costs, or we will offer to reship it, based on your preference. You are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy: We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are unsatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your products.
