Your right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2023/2673 and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for your decision.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, you can contact us by email at the address indicated in our legal notices, providing us with:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your address
  • Your order number
  • The items subject to withdrawal
  • The date you received your order

Confirmation of your request

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a confirmation by email. You must then return the items to us within 14 days of sending your withdrawal request.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items, using the same payment method as that used for your purchase.

Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (personalized products, unsealed products, etc.). Consult legal counsel to verify the exemptions applicable to your products.
