It all started with my mom's conviction: to teach my children the importance of health, sports, and good nutrition for a balanced life.

My two daughters have made it their profession: one a nutritionist and personal coach, the other a naturopath. Together, we share a family philosophy centered on physical activity, listening to one's body, and values of well-being.

Faced with current sedentary lifestyles and bad habits, I created an online store to help everyone integrate sports into their lives.
